All exhibitors and sellers who have confirmed their participation in ATF 2006 by 15 October will have the opportunity to state their preferences on who they wish to meet at TRAVEX through the Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA) computerised matching process.

Each buyer and seller will be given an Appointment Request Form and Seller/Buyer profiles. They will list their appointment requests in the Appointment Request Form in order of their priority and send this back to the TRAVEX Secretariat for the first round of matching. All registrations and bookings for ATF 2006 are fully automated, with the information being captured automatically for the appointment scheduling between buyers and sellers.

In addition to their pre-scheduled appointments, exhibitors and buyers can fill up their appointment slots in Davao City during the Sellers-Meet-Buyers (SMB) and Buyers-Meet- Sellers (BMS) sessions on 18 January 2006. Both sessions will be held at the NCCC Mall Activity Centre. The SMB session will take place from 1500 to 1600, followed by the BMS session from 1615 to 1715.
